How old do you have to be to rent a luxury car?
You can rent from Crown & Chariot at 18+ with a valid driver's license. Some experiences and vehicles may carry additional eligibility requirements, shown on each vehicle page. Drivers must present a license and pass verification before pickup.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required on every rental. It is shown clearly on each vehicle page and at checkout, held as an authorization on your card, and released after return inspection.
How much mileage is included?
Every rental includes a daily mileage allowance (typically 100–200 miles per day depending on the vehicle). Unlimited mileage upgrades and additional mileage packages are available at booking.
Can you deliver the vehicle?
Yes — we deliver anywhere in Orlando and Central Florida: your home, office, hotel, resort, or a custom location. Delivery fees are based on zone and shown at checkout.
Can I have the vehicle delivered to Orlando International Airport?
Absolutely. Share your airline and flight number at booking and your vehicle will be staged and ready at MCO when you land.
Do you offer chauffeur services?
Yes. Select vehicles can be reserved with a professional chauffeur — hourly, half-day, full-day, airport transfers, weddings, and custom itineraries.
Do you rent vehicles for weddings?
Yes. Our Wedding Package includes a chauffeur, vehicle decoration options, ceremony and reception transportation, photography time, and a custom itinerary.
Do you rent vehicles for photoshoots and music videos?
Yes — the Content Creator Package covers photo and video rentals with flexible mileage, multiple locations, and extended stationary filming time.
Can another person drive the rental?
Yes, as a listed additional driver. They must meet the same age and license requirements and be verified before the rental. Unauthorized drivers are not permitted.
What happens if I exceed the mileage allowance?
Miles beyond your allowance are billed at the vehicle's per-mile rate after return. You can add mileage packages or an unlimited upgrade at booking for a lower rate.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. We never store your card number.
How are security deposits handled?
Depending on your booking, the deposit is either an authorization hold placed on your card at pickup, or a refundable payment collected at booking. Either way it is released after return inspection, typically within 7 business days.
What is the minimum rental period?
Most vehicles rent by the day with a one-day minimum; some premium vehicles require a longer minimum, shown on the vehicle page.
