Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations made 72+ hours before pickup: full refund of the reservation payment, minus processing fees. • Cancellations made 24–72 hours before pickup: 50% of the reservation payment is retained. • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup or no-shows: the reservation payment is non-refundable. • Security deposit holds are released immediately upon cancellation. • If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or a comparable vehicle. Submit cancellation requests from your account dashboard or contact the concierge.
