Rental Requirements

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS • Minimum age: 25 for most vehicles (some 21+ with chauffeur service). Each vehicle's exact age requirement is listed on its page. • A valid driver's license held for at least 12 months, presented at pickup along with a second form of ID. • Full-coverage personal auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles, or proof of coverage we can verify. • A refundable security deposit on a credit or debit card in the primary driver's name. • Driver verification: upload the front and back of your license during booking. Our team reviews documents before your pickup date. • Additional drivers must be listed on the reservation and meet the same requirements. International visitors are welcome with a valid passport and license from their home country. If you have questions about eligibility, text the concierge before booking.
